Our main house is the heart of the hotel Landhaus Haverbeckhof.
Here you can find the reception, the restaurant "Harmshof" and the "Toepferzimmer", as well as the "Heidekrug", where we serve breakfast.
Additionally 5 double rooms on the first floor await you with fresh heath colours.
The house was build in 1957 after the real "Heidekrug" standing on the same place before burned down.
Wi-Fi is available in the main house.
The "Hans-Pforte-house" is opposite of the main house across the street. It accommodates seven double rooms, a single room and a family room. The family room is divided into two rooms each with two beds. All rooms have shower / WC and are equipped with a hair dryer.
Three rooms on the ground floor of the house can be reached without steps. The showers are at ground level.
The thatched building is surrounded by tall oaks and beeches. Starting here you can conquer the nature reserve directly, because the border runs right behind the house. On the house's own small car park you can leave your car.
In the same building, the exhibition "Bees worlds" is housed. The namesake of the house "Hans Pforte" decreed testamentary in 1980, that his assets should be used by the VNP for environmental education. This was implemented with a number of information houses in the nature reserve. Admission to the "bees worlds" is free!
Wi-Fi is available in the "Hans-Pforte-Haus".
The homey "Schönichen house" is a bit off-site. Its four rooms provide views on nature. Forest and orchard surround the thatched cottage.
The house is optimal for small groups or families, because the hall can be used as a common room. Here, you find tea facilities.
From the car park staircases, leads directly to the cottage. Thanks to the surrounding greenery you will not be disturbed by car traffic.
Lovingly called the "Uni", recalls the house to its former use. In the 1950s, scientists were housed here, exploring the nature reserve during their research. The namesake Walther Schönichen was biologist and one of the early German conservationists. In 1922, Schönichen took over the leadership of the State Agency for Natural monuments in Prussia founded in 1906 (Staatlichen Stelle für Naturdenkmalpflege in Preußen).
Wi-Fi is not available in this house.
