Our restaurant
Our restaurant can be found in the main house. Take a seat and let yourself be spoilt by fresh dishes typical for the heath. We serve creative regional cuisine, sophisticatedly combined and in tune with the seasons.
Of course, we offer dishes typical of the Heath, such as Heidschnuckenbraten and buckwheat gâteau, and many other specialities of the Lueneburg Heath. A lot of the products we use in our kitchen are produced by the VNP Stiftung Naturschutzpark Lüneburger Heide.
The light-filled “Harmshof” restaurant and the wall-panelled “Toepferzimmer” with their cosy tiled stoves welcome you.
Heidekrug
In the morning, we welcome you in the newly renovated Heidekrug with fresh Heidländer coffee and everything you need for a successful start to the day. The breakfast buffet is set up in the adjacent buffet room.
Sun or shade on our terraces
On our lakeside terrace you can enjoy the sun and have a view of the Haverbeck village pond as well as the valley of the Haverbeeke.
Do you prefer to sit in the shade and enjoy a view of the greenery? In front of the main house, hazelnut and a beech hedge provide cool shade.

From April 14 to October 6, 2026, our irresistible fried potato buffet returns every Tuesday evening from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM! Feast to your heart’s content for €29.00 per person. Enjoy an extensive buffet featuring various meat and fish accompaniments, fresh salads, flavorful sauces, and a delicious dessert to top it all off.
